Comfortable fully furnished single room available in a large non-smoking house with garden, a Homestay with friendly resident English landlady and her husband who have been hosting international students and guests for many years.

The landlady is a reflexologist, she also teaches English as a Foreign Language. Her husband is the chef and evening meal is available at an additional cost, a good opportunity to practice English conversation over dinner.

【Location】
✻The accommodation is located on Greyhound Hill, a very safe residential tree-lined road in Hendon next to Middlesex University.
✻Close to transport, all amenities, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, Brent Cross Shopping Centre, banks, gym, park, golf & London Iryo Medical Centre.
✻It is a short walk to Hendon Central Underground on the Northern Line Zone 3 or there are several bus routes 326,143,113,186,125. It is 20 minutes on the underground to city centre and the bus 113 goes straight to Oxford Street. There is also a night bus.

【Rooms】
Two rooms are available, both for single occupancy. One room has a double bed, the other a single bed and washbasin. The rooms are on the second floor overlooking the beautiful garden which guests can use. Guests have their own floor and share a separate bathroom which has a shower, toilet and bidet. There is also a separate fridge for guests.

Each bedroom has a bed with underbed storage, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, desk light, shelves and window with good natural light.
Duvet, sheets, pillows, blankets and towels are provided by the host family. Plates, cutlery, cups, etc also provided. Cleaning products, toilet paper, etc supplied.

✻Bills (WiFi, electricity, gas, water, tax) are included in the rent.
✻A continental style breakfast is also included (coffee, tea, cereals, toast, jam).
✻Guests are given security keys to front door. There is no curfew.
✻The kitchen is shared with the host family and guests have use of a multi-functional combination microwave, kettle and toaster.
✻Guests take their clothes, bed sheets and towels to nearby launderette for washing and drying. They are allowed to hand-wash small items at home.
✻There are no pets.

【Rent and Deposit】
✻Contract period is variable and minimum contract period is one week.
✻Rent £175 per person per week.
✻Security deposit is one week’s rent for every week of stay up to a maximum 4 weeks deposit for stay of 4 weeks or over. This will be refunded at end of tenancy if there are no deductibles. Deposit will not be refunded if tenancy terminated before 3 months.
