SE1 という好立地にある庭付き一軒家のシングルルームのご紹介です。

11/1より長期で住んでいただける方を探しています。

クリエイティブ系の男の子の学生3人が住んでおり、パーティー好きな方、現地の若者と関わり合いたい方にはピッタリかと思います。
3人のうち1人は日本人、他2人は英国人です。(全員20歳)

お部屋はシングルルームと小さめですが、ストレージ別であります。
大家さんがフレキシブルな方なので机など欲しい方はリクエストも可能です。
ちなみにお部屋の窓からShardが見えて素敵です☺︎

家から徒歩3分ほどの場所にTesco superstore があり、食材はもちろん日用品、化粧品、洋服などなんでも揃っており大変便利です。

他にもLidl, argos, 個人経営のお店、burgess park(大きな池のある公園) が徒歩圏内です！

お家賃は£892.5 に加え、大体billsが1人£50-60 カウンシルタックスは学生たちが住んでいるので免除されています。
それ以外のコストは一切ないです

This house is shared by 3 students that goes to uni here in London.
They're all in the creative side learning photography, graphic design and music.
We always have people coming over, which I believe makes it a really welcoming house for anyone;)
The landlord is a flexible person, so if you want to request furniture in your room such as desks and stuff you can do.
The location is about 15min walk from
Bermondsey station which is the jubilee line.
You can also walk to elephant and castle and London Bridge Station as well.
There are many bus lines too since the house is located near the big road, although th there is a road for the residential areas so it's really quiet around the house.
For shoppings there is a Tesco superstore right next, also Lidl, coop, Asda superstore and many local small shops nearby.
The rent is £892.5 plus bills around 40-60 per month. No council tax!
The deposit will be £1,081.73
