Hi, I’m looking for a Flatmate to share my flat with living room and bathroom in West Hampstead.

A double bedroom to offer :
1 double bed
1 desk and chair
1 wardrobe
1 Private balcony

The room is part of a 63square meter apartment with private balcony. The share bathroom is next to the room. We have to come down stairs to get into the room so it makes it separately which is really convenient for privacy ;) The kitchen is to share.

West Hampstead it’s a very nice green area with plenty of coffee, bars, restaurants and supermarket. There is everything you will need :)

The location is convenient for transport :
West Hampstead station 7 min by walk
Kilburn station 4 min by walk
Overground at 8 min by walk
Thameslink at 8 min by walk (direct to Luton and Gatwick airports) and (King Cross/ St Pancras station in 15min for Eurostar to go to Paris).
You could enjoy shopping location and enjoy London nightlife.
Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, Regents Park, Camden Market, London Zoo, Covent Garden, Hyde Park and many more sights to discover..

I’m a French professional woman working from home half week. I’m very friendly, like to socialize, going out with my fiends, discovering London.. I also like to keep the place clean and tidy !
We are not wearing shoes into the flat to maintain good hygiene.
I can speak English and French.

Notice, I'm living with my little one of 3 years old boy which is at Nursery every day and go to bed early, so he won't disturb you.

£550 by week or £1200 pcm for one person.
