Rent/ bill : £900 per month / £100 per month
Deposit : one month rent = £900 (handed back after checking the room condition after moving out)
Location : 15min walk from Stratford Station( includes Elizabeth line, Jubilee line, Central line, Overground, DLR) , 1min walk from bus station, 2min walk from Tesco, 15min walk to Westfield(largest shopping center in London), 13min walk from Lidle/Sainsbury/Asian market
Apartment explanation :
- 20th floor (good view)
- 2 Elevator
- Gym included
- Concierge G (friendly, takes care of parcel)
- Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, TV
- Toilet: shared with one woman
- There is a bathtub, but it is slightly broken so it cannot be used, but there is no problem when showering.
Rules :
- Notify when inviting a friend
- Take turns throwing away trash bags
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the balcony and inside the house.
There are 3 rooms, two Korean flatmates are very calm and friendly. Usually they’re busy for school work so not loud.
