A bright and contemporary studio flat will be available from January 4th 2025 in West Green / South Tottenham. The area is interesting and diverse, with good pubs and parks in close proximity, a Japanese cafe and restaurants. Seven Sisters tube station is a 10-15 minute walk, which gets you into Oxford Circus in 15 and Hyde Park in 18 minutes.

It is a compact self contained studio, reached via it's own entrance via a sidegate - see floor plan. It has what you might need - a double bed, which will be raised for more floor space, an armchair, a table and chairs for eating and studying and sufficient wardrobes. It has a kitchenette area - with a fridge, tap and sink, kettle, two hob rings, and a toaster / griller, and a bathroom with shower. We are planning to install a washer dryer as well.

We will live in the rest of the house - my wife and I work in media, and we have two young kids. There isn't anyone above the studio flat, so noise shouldn't be a problem.

The cost is £900 per month, including all bills. The cost is guaranteed for 12 months and we will review after a year.
