Hi All!

If you are looking for a cozy double room in a shared house, you are looking in the right place! This bright and cute double room will be available from December, 3rd.

As you can see in the pictures, the room is nice, cozy and bright, for just one person, and it comes with all the furniture.
It is located in the first floor, and you will be sharing the bathroom with just 2 other people.

The price is £740 and all the bill are included (council, gas, electricity, water, broadband&cleaner).

The house is quite big and is divided in two separate floors, and a reasonable size garden at the back of the property. We would be 5 in total.
