★サバティカルの研究者、matureな大学院生を特に歓迎します。
★部屋は大きな一軒家（148.5m2）内の個室、キッチン＋リビングとバスルームは大家とシェアです。大家は60代の教師/芸術家/ライター（男性）。特にスペインと日本の文化に関心あり。
★部屋：13.8㎡の広い部屋（ベッドルーム兼書斎）。家具付き（ダブルベッド、机と椅子、アームチェア、ワードローブ、本棚）。高速wifi、TVアンテナ、南向きの大きな窓（大きな木がある自然いっぱいの庭に面し、鳥がたくさん来ます）。
★キッチン＋リビング：全て揃ったキッチン（含：洗濯機・食洗機）。広くて快適。
★周囲の環境：静かで安全な落ち着いたイギリスらしい住宅街、自然が多くGolders Green Parkすぐ、Hampstead Heath徒歩圏内。近くにカフェ、ショップ、レストラン多数。Sainsbury’s徒歩２分。

Large room (13.8 sqm) to rent in spacious arts and crafts flat 3 minutes walk from Golders Green tube, under 10 minutes walk from Golders Hill Park and Woods (at the edge of Hampstead Heath).

The first-floor flat is quiet. You will get your own large bedroom/study with a double bed, desk and chair, easy chair, wardrobe, and bookshelves, fast broadband wi-fi and good digital TV aerial. The room overlooks a charming wild private garden with mature ash trees, woodpeckers etc. The bathroom and kitchen-living room are shared, and spacious: the kitchen is complete with all appliances including a dishwasher. The neighbourhood is attractive and has great character with good shops (Sainsbury very close), cafés and restaurants.

I am a teacher, visual artist and writer with special interest in Spanish and Japanese culture. I try to create a friendly atmosphere and to make sure that any lodger feels comfortable and at home. I have appreciated lodgers in the past who are mature, considerate and independent, and who can communicate well.

I would especially welcome interest from postgraduate students / researchers / sabbatical researchers who are looking for a quiet base for their study and research.
