キッチンのみシェアのEn-suite タイプのお部屋です。トイレとバスは個別についてます。大学院生が多く住んでいる寮になります。

契約が9月14日までなのですが、それ以前に引っ越すため代替の入居者を募集しています。ただし、イギリス国内のフルタイムの学生に限ります。もし、2025年度から留学される方でしたら、そのまま年度が終わるまで契約を伸ばすことも可能です。

事務手続きなど、私の方でも責任を持ってお手伝いします。

Near King's Cross Station! Looking for someone who can move in from early August onward!

This is an en-suite room where only the kitchen is shared. The residence is mostly occupied by postgraduate students.

The contract runs until September 14th, but I may be moving out earlier, so I am looking for a replacement tenant. Please note that only full-time students within the UK are eligible. If you are coming to study from the 2025 academic year, it may be possible to extend the contract until the end of the academic year.

I will take full responsibility in assisting with both the handover process and the administrative procedures.
