A bright double room ( 14 sqm) in the heart of Hammersmith is available to rent. We are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy person. 
House is located between river Thames and Hammersmith tube station. Its a peaceful neighbourhood, walking distance to Hammersmith tube station (Piccadilly line, district line, Hammersmith and city line), cinemas, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and River Thames nearby.
Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge and necessary kitchenware. There are two toilets and 1 bathroom in the house.
There are two inbuilt wardrobes, table chairs, chest of drawer and double bed in the room. Communal areas shared with other house mates.

Rent and deposit:
£850 pcm for 1 person , deposit £300. 
All bills included (water, electricity, gas, council tax, internet).
Renting for minimum 3 months no maximum period. 
End notice period of 1 month.

キッチンには洗濯機、電子レンジ、オーブン、冷蔵庫、必要な台所用品が完備されています。家にはトイレが2つ、バスルームが1つあります。
部屋にはワードローブが 2 つ、テーブル、椅子、チェスト、ダブルベッドがあります。
共用エリアは他の女性3 名 とのシェアになります。
家賃は 1 人で滞在の場合月 £850. 
ガス、水道料金、カウンシルタックス、インターネットなど全てこちらの料金に含まれています。
ミニマム滞在は3ヶ月になります。
