洗濯機は大家さんと共用で、週に1回ご利用いただけます。

建物内は禁煙ですが、共有の庭では喫煙可能です。

Introducing a renovated studio flat located in the affluent village of Highgate, a stones throw from Hampstead Heath.

Situated in London Underground Zone 2, it is a 12–15 minute walk to Highgate Station on the Northern Line. Access to King’s Cross and central London is also easy.

The compact room includes a small kitchenette suitable for simple cooking, and a private shower and toilet.
It comes furnished with a double bed, making it ideal for a single occupant.

The rent includes all utility bills and Wi-Fi.

The washing machine is shared with the landlady and can be used once a week.

Smoking is not allowed inside the building, but permitted in the shared garden.

We are looking for someone considerate of noise to the neighbours.

Couples are not accepted.
