フラットは庭付きで、最寄り駅はセントラルラインのマイルエンド（mile end）。フラットから歩いて１分かからずに駅まで行けます。アルバイト等で帰りが遅くなっても安心。ゾーン２位置しロンドン中心地から約１５分の距離にマイルエンドはあり、１〜２分の頻度で地下鉄が行き交っています。バスも２４時間運行している２５番でセンターに行くことができます。Queen Mary University (クイーンマリー大学)までは歩いて５分です。

部屋は、インターネットをワイアレスでお使い頂けます。またアパートの中には共同のキッチン、洗濯機、バスルーム（バスタブ有り）、２箇所のトイレがあります。アパート周辺には多国籍のレストランが徒歩圏内に多くあり、スーパーマーケット、ローカルなお店もありますのでちょっとしたお買い物にも困りません。ヨーロッパ最大の規模を持つウェストフィールズ ストラットフォード シティー（Westfield Stratford City）もたったの１駅、自転車でも行くことが可能です。

市内中心地のお買い物、観光エリアやシティーと呼ばれるビジネス街、ドックランドと呼ばれる開発地区、アーティストが多く集うイーストエンドなども近く、私たちのアパートから簡単に行くことが出来ます。最寄り駅はマイルエンドですが、そのほかにボウ チャーチ駅(Bow Church DLR station)が近くに有りますし、バスに乗ってあらゆるところに行くことができます。２階

Spacious double room with own private garden, in shared apartment, less than 1 minute to Mile End tube - zone 2.

The room is on the ground floor of a two-floor apartment, and opens out onto it's own private garden. Also on the ground floor are a kitchen (with washing machine) and toilet, shared with the other tenants, and upstairs there's a bathroom (with a bath, shower & second toilet) and three other bedrooms.

Housemates are friendly and considerate, and the atmosphere in the flat is easy going. There are people to chat to if you're in the mood, but you'll also be left alone when you want to be. If you're looking for a 'party house' or communal living where everyone hangs out together, this isn't the place for you, but if you're someone that wants a clean, quiet space to sleep and relax or work, then it will be ideally suited.

The room has lots of natural light with direct access to the garden, and is furnished with a double bed, a small sofa, desk, chair and plenty of shelving.

The location is an ideal base for exploring London. Mile End station is 1 minute walk away, with Central Line trains every 1 or 2 minutes into Central London, so you can be in Oxford Street in 20 minutes from the door. You also have Stratford one stop away in the other direction, which is ideal for shopping (at Westfield Stratford City, the largest shopping mall in Europe). Mile End also has District & Hammersmith & City Line tubes, and Bow Church DLR is a short walk away. Brick Lane, Bethnal Green, Hoxton & Dalston are all nearby, giving you lots of options for nightlife, shopping, eating, etc.

Mile End itself has Tesco, Co-op, Nandos, Starbucks, etc., all a minute or two from the flat. Mile End Leisure Centre is a few minutes walk, for swimming & gym / sports facilities, and Mile End Park is just over the road, backing onto the Regents Canal, and you can walk up the canal to Victoria Park (regularly voted London's best park) in no time.

Couples welcome. Unfortunately we cannot accept pets, and you can't smoke in the building.

Rent is £725 per month/£167 per week all bills included. One months rent in advance plus one month deposit. Three months minimum stay
