物件には光ファイバーの高速インターネットが導入されており、快適な生活環境を提供しています。

すべての光熱費（電気、ガス、水道、Wi-Fi、カウンシルタックス、清掃費）込みです。
キッチンには洗濯機、食器洗い機、電気オーブンが揃っています。

現在、2〜3名のフレンドリーな社会人（全員エンスイート付きの個室）とシェアしていただく形になります。

家賃は前払い制となっており、**契約時に1ヶ月分の家賃＋1ヶ月分の保証金（デポジット）**をお支払いいただきます。

契約期間は**6ヶ月の固定契約の後、1ヶ月ごとの自動更新（ローリング契約）**となります。

I have a room with private bathroom (washlet included) available for rent in a Victorian house between Battersea Park and Clapham Common (Zone 1). The room is furnished with a standing desk, chair, single bed with underneath storage, and a wardrobe. In addition to your room, you will have access to the communal kitchen, dining area and the garden. The house is equipped with fibre broadband. All bills (electricity, gas, water, WIFI, council tax, cleaning) are included. There’s a washing machine, dishwasher and electric oven in the kitchen. You will be sharing the house with 2-3 other friendly professionals and they each have their own en-suite. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy. Please be considerate to others and be aware that no smoking, bicycles and parties are allowed inside the house. Rents are payable in advance so you'll be paying the standard one month's rent + one month's deposit on the date we sign the contract. The terms will be 6 months' fixed terms followed by a monthly-rolling contract.
