閑静な住宅街にあるフラットのダブルベッドの一部屋が空いています。
（ベッドルーム２部屋、バスルーム１部屋のフラットです。）
大家さんはフラットから徒歩3分のところに住んでいる素敵なイギリス人夫婦です。
私が友人と住む予定だったのですが、仕事の都合で住めなくなってしまい、借りてくれる人を探しています。
私の友人は27歳の中国出身の女の子で、ロンドンの大学院で看護学部の博士課程を学んでいます。
とても料理上手で穏やかな素敵な親友です！
（コミュニケーションは英語になるので、英語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方が理想です。）
女性・学生限定です。
家賃は£750（➕光熱費や水道代などのビルを二人で折半になります）
家の契約は6ヶ月更新になります。

• In a 2-bed 1-bath flat
• 750/pcm excl. bills (comes around 100)
• 5-minute walk to Hempstead Heath. 20-minute walk to West Hempstead Station (Jubilee Line) and 15-minute walk to Golders Green Station (Northern Line) (both within 10 minutes if taking a bus)
👩 About the flatmate
• Me (27) - from China, currently a PhD student
• Work hybrid (2-3 days/week WFH)
• Tidy, sensible, organized and respectful
• Enjoy hanging out with flatmates, cooking and having dinner together but also value each other’s privacy
👭 I’m looking for
• Female student only (council tax reason)
• Preferably 25+

• Flatmate who can be friends (I live in a student accommodation in my first year and after one year we all become good friends)

• Landlord lives 5-minute walking distance away. The landlady will come to the house and check if everything is alright monthly (They’re super nice and lovely British couple)
