Bright and spacious studio available immediately on a one-year lease. You need to be a non-smoker, quiet and trustworthy as access is through our house.
Room is 5.3m x 6m (17’ x 20’), has a new kitchenette and private bathroom with washer/dryer. Recently redecorated.

8 mins walk from Willesden Green tube (Jubilee line) and 10 mins from Brondesbury Park (North London mainline).

£1300 per calendar month for single occupancy All bills included with ultra high resolution M125 Fibre Broadband wifi.
