Apologies this is in English, I just wanted to reiterate, the property really is a great space, with a lot of room in the living areas as well as the bedroom which is a decent size too. For London, I'd say this is an unusual opportunity to enjoy a characterful property with a garden and some garden furniture (nice when the sun comes back!).
