静かで安心できる一軒家で、一緒に暮らしてくださる入居者を募集しています。

オーナーは40代後半の男性で、パートタイムで学術研究のサポートをしながら、よく旅行にも出かけています。落ち着いた方ですので安心して過ごせます。
もう1人の入居者は28歳の中国人女性で、テキスタイルデザインを学んだばかりの卒業生。とても親切でフレンドリーな方です。
かわいい黒猫も一緒に暮らしています🐈‍⬛

💰家賃は月600ポンド。水道代、インターネットは込みで、ガス・電気代のみ別途ご負担いただきます。

エリアは活気がありながらも落ち着いた雰囲気で、カフェやマーケット、公園や緑地もたくさん。
シティ中心部へは自転車で20分ほどとアクセスも便利です。

Beautiful double room in Hackney, London. This is a peaceful and secure house, which you will share with the owner (myself) and one other lodger.

I am male, late 40’s, very quiet. I work part time supporting academic research, and I’m often travelling. The other lodger is Chinese, 28 and has just graduated in print textile design. She is very kind & friendly. I also have a beautiful cat.

It’s in the heart of N16, Hackney. A few minutes from vibrant Stoke Newington.

The area is exceptionally safe, with numerous zone two transport options. It’s a 20 minutes cycling distance to the city centre.

There’s also large selection of independent cafes, green spaces, wetlands, farmers market & health food shops nearby.
