I am a Masters student (25F) looking to live with a working professional or Master/ PhD student 22+. Female preferred but open to consider!

My parents are currently living with grandparents, so I am renting the spare room in their absence.
Looking for a clean & respectful flatemate, down to socialise from time to time but I also understand that people like their alone time (me included).

Furnished double room with bills, broadband and council tax included. Toliet and bathroom are separate and there is a living room next to the kitchen.
Place is a 5 minute walk from Bermondsey station, local buses and plenty of e-bike facilities nearby.
