ご覧いただきありがとうございます。題名の通り、現在12月18日より小部屋に入居できる方を探しています。嘘かと思うくらい安いですが、別に変な物件ではありません。僕も3年前見たときは冗談かと思いましたが、大家さんがもうあまりお金に興味がないのと、入居者たちで家を管理しているため、このような格安の値段なのです。もちろん、シャワーが故障したとか、電気がなぜがつかなくなったなどのトラブルの際には大家さんが来て直してくれます。下に少し書いたように、この地区は今再開発が進んでいて、ハブとなる駅の建設が予定されていたり、近くのBrent Cross Shoppingは今度2倍の広さになるようになる計画があったりするなど、いろいろと展望のあるエリアです。詳細については、「Brent Cross Regeneration」とでも検索してみてください。

We are very excited to present you with a small but nice room in a wonderful shared house. The room has recently been refurbished and completely clean.

Areas Around the Flat
The area has recently been chosen as a target of regeneration, thus a huge amount of money is being invested and our vicinity is rapidly getting cosy. For shopping, we have an easy access to Brent Cross shopping centre, and there is also Lidl within a distance of 5 min walk. Besides we also have Wing Yip, where you can buy various Asian foods. Concerning access, there is a bus stop nearby, so tube stations are not as far away as you might first think.

Requirements
We are looking for a DECENT person. This means that you have to be able to share the basic values according to which we keep the peaceful order of the house.
