Wimbledon ~ 3 months with possibility to extend

Hi! I’m looking for new housemates to join this lovely house (3b2b) in Wimbledon. One of the safest area in London.
Two rooms will be available from the first week of December.
• Double room: ~£800/month
• Single room: ~£750/month
Bills are approx. £100 pcm (Water, Gas, electricity, Council tax, Wi-Fi)

The contract is initially for three months, with the possibility to extend on a rolling basis. Rent is through a reputable agency, so everything is reliable and official.

There is also a gorgeous shared living room and kitchen with lots of space and cooking appliances.
The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower. You’ll only share the bathroom with one other person.

The house is in a great location. Based only a 15 min walk to Wimbledon (district line and National Rail) and 10 min walk to Colliers Wood (Northern Line). With easy access to shops and transport links.

There’s a bus stop literally opposite the flat with routes between Mitcham and Raynes Park via Wimbledon, which is really handy.
A Sainsbury’s Local is just a 3-minute walk away.
Large supermarkets : Home Bargains, Aldi, and Sainsbury’s are about a 15-minute walk and have everything you need.
