Double bedroom with high ceiling in a split level flat within 5 mins walk from the Cockfosters underground. Direct Piccadilly line to centre in 28 mins. The big room is self-contained with a small lounge area. Kitchen and bathroom on the same level to share with another tenant who occupied the upper level. Privacy and independent spaces for both tenants. The room has a Muji double bed and basic furniture, kitchen utensils are provided. Tenant's fridge, cooker, microwave and washing machine are to share. Looking for a professional or student. Flatmate should respect privacy and individual space plus is a tidy person.
