Large double room in a beautiful family house

We have a Large double room for rent in center of Cricklewood for "an asian professional or student single person"
This is a beautiful family house with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Only mom and dad and 24 years old daughter are living in this property.
We would like to share our property with another person who could be like our own family.
The flat is in center of Cricklewood area and 24 hour buses, banks, lots of supermarkets, 24hours shops, take away shops and grocery shops just a minute away.
The rent is 500 pounds per/month which includes all bills plus unlimited internet access.
We would require one month deposit plus one month rent in advance.
Please note that the room is for an Asian professional or student single person only. No couple, No DSS please.
Minimum stay is 3months.
