Single room with your own toilet

Hello.
I've got a single room with your own toilet and basin.
You use a big bathroom when you have a shower.
You go out for the garden through your room and this house a typical victorian house with a garden.

Regarding location, it takes 7mins from the Canonbury overground station and there are buses which go to the oxford circus,St paul,london bridge,holborn.
So good for students for UCL,SOAS,Kings college,LSE etc .
You can google it more where it is.

We are a family who are 2 children(3,5yrs) ,my British husband and me from originally South Korea.

This house would be great if someone is looking for a real home rather than rent .
