We are from South Korea and Thailand.

We are looking for someone to share our two-floor house in North London (N19).
Short stay: 8 December 2025 – 31 January 2026 (Rooms A & B)
Long-term: Room B is also available from 8 December, minimum 3 months
One room is already taken, so the available rooms are Room A and Room B.

Location

The house is in a quiet residential street in N19, between Archway and Upper Holloway:
8 min walk to Archway Station (Northern Line)
6 min walk to Upper Holloway Station (Overground)
Supermarkets and local shops are all within walking distance

Price:
£40/day for one person
£50/day for two people
All bills included
No deposit for this short stay

2) Long-term option (from 8 Dec, minimum 3 months—single occupancy only)
Rent: £900 per month (bills included)
Typical bills (electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi): around £80–£90 per month depending on usage
Long-term is for one person only (no couples / no two people sharing).
Deposit: 1 week’s rent
