I'm a freelance performing artist and film maker who's looking for a female flatmate to rent the other bedroom in a cute apartment I rent in Shoreditch. (I've lived in Japan).

It would be great if you're creative too and like to have the occasional chat when you're at home relaxing or a drink down the pub. I'm a friendly and socialble non smoker who would like to live with an easy going working girl who is not a party animal, likes to live in a CLEAN and CALM tidy flat, reliable at paying rent, respectful, responsible, house trained and generally, a nice and friendly person.......NO drama please :)

Double bed.

£700 + Bills (about £100+) per month.

Cute flat above a shop.
Decent size kitchen with dining table.
Bathroom with shower & bath & toilet,
The flat is NON SMOKING.

In the heart of SHOREDITCH
1 min walk to Hoxton station,
10 mins walk to Old street tube,
15 mins walk to Liverpool street tube,
4 mins to Columbia road flower market,
10 mins to Broadway market,
8 mins walk to Brick lane,

VERY central to everything in Shoreditch.
Buses & tube direct to central London and airports.
