Crystal Palace/ Anerleyの閑静な住宅街にあるシェアハウスの一室が空きます。
ハウスメイトはリトアニア人２人と日本人の女性３名です。みんな30代で、それぞれ個々の生活がありますが、たまに一緒にご飯食べたり、遠出したり、ゆるく楽しくやっています。
綺麗好きで、雰囲気の合う方に出会えればと思います。

Hi people!
We have a big bright double room going in our house near Crystal Palace Park 🌿

The room is south facing, you'll get the sun all day and also the moonlight in the evenings.
It's quite spacious and high ceilings, if you're looking for a space to breathe it'll be a perfect space.

We are located quite close from the amazing park as mentioned, it's really nice and refreshing to take a walk.
Also the transport is well connected with 3 stations to choose from.

We are 3 women in our 30s, looking for a new house member to live a peaceful and joyful life together!
The house is not a new build but we try to look after. We enjoy each other's company and occasional kitchen conventions, but we all respect each others space and our solo time as well.

Armina is a marketing and makeup wizard, and the DIY master of the house! You'll find her often at IKEA or rock concert 🤟

Aiste is an occupational therapist at SEND school, she is another wizard crocheting the heck of it and super talented at it! Also paints and plays and interesting instrument.

Hinako, me, I work in performing arts and film, also works at a shop part time. I do visual arts too and practice calligraphy. Branching into music making too!

We value cleanliness and open discussions. We want to find someone who kinda resonate with it and be happy to take on cleaning tasks.

Rent inc bills £800
Plus water bills comes every 6 month, roughly £30 ppm but Thames water can be unpredictable!

Shared kitchen

Non smoking and no drugs
Clean, quiet and respectful environment.
Sadly no living room but we have little dining table in the kitchen.

This is a fairly relaxed, quiet household and would suit someone who prefers a peaceful home rather than a party environment.

(Pets considered, but unfortunately no dogs due to the agency contract)
