I am a Korean male in my 30s looking for a room in Islington, Hoxton, or Shoreditch.

• No pets
• Clean, tidy and respectful

My preferred move-in date is 11 March, though I am flexible and can move in earlier if needed.

I am currently on a Working Holiday visa which is valid until the end of the year, so I am looking for accommodation for up to 9 months.

My budget is around £800 per month (including all bills), or ideally less.
