3月17日から入れるお部屋を探しています。

Hi,
I’m looking for a room in North London, around £1350, preferably large.
I’m 31, working full-time, clean and quiet.
I’m looking to move around 17 March and stay long-term, but I’m also happy with a short-term rental for the first 3 months.
Ideally, the rent would include Council Tax and utilities.
Please let me know if any rooms are available.
