Lovely double room with own balcony
Hi everyone,
I'll be moving out sadly and am looking for someone to take over my lovely flat with a beautiful garden.
The flat has a shared kitchen and dining area, a shower room, washing machine, fridge, and freezer. One of the best features is the large garden — perfect for relaxing when the weather is nice. The room comes fully furnished.
All bills are included in the rent except gas.
We pay £20-40 each for gas depending on season.
The location is fantastic — only about a 4-minute walk to Stoke Newington station, with great connections and a lovely neighbourhood atmosphere.
