短期 Holloway Road 12月10-1月3 (floor heating)

Hope you are having a great holiday!

I'd like to sublet my room as I'll leave my house for the period from 10 Dec - 3 Jan.

[ When / How much ]
- £600 for the entire period 10 Dec - 3 Jan
- We could negotiate the price depending on how many days/weeks you'll rent.

[ In the flat ]

- There are 4 flatmates (1 Columbian woman with en-suite room / 1 American-British Couple / 1 Spanish man. (all 25+)

- We all usually take off shoes when we walk into the flat

- The floor is tiled so it's easy to clean.

- Floorheating! - You can stay warm however cold it goes in London!

- You can get out to a small courtyard so there's no issue for a smoker to go for a cigarette. (Please don't smoke in the room...)

- The door has a code lock so you can secure your stuff as long as you close the door.

- The kitchen is fully equiped.

- There are one toilet and one bathroom to share with other 3 people

[ Transport ]

The flat is located between Holloway Road Station (15min on foot) and Archway Station (10min)

The bus stops (for both directions) are 3 mins away from the flat. - Bus No. 17, 43, 263, 271.

It normally takes 15min ish to get to Kings Cross on a bus no 17.

[ Others ]
- Sainsbury's Local / Pure Gym Holloway Road are less than 3 mins away from the flat.
- If you walk down to Holloway Road for 10mins, there are lots of shops that you can buy whatever you need. Convenient!
