Nisa Localが徒歩10分程度のところにあり、
Pontoon Dock station（徒歩20分）付近には、Sainsbury’sLocal、Starbucks、JiamartAsianGrocery（日本や韓国の食べ物も売っています）があります。
優しい女性の台湾人オーナーさんと2人のシェアフラットです。オーナーさんとは英語で会話をするので英語環境です。

I hope that you have a great day today! Can you kindly read the description before approaching to me?
I have a double room available in my 2 bedroom flat for a short-term period until 31st of July. The room has included a double bed, a small table, a small chair, walk-in wardrobe, cleaning face sink, ensuite shower, a floor lamp and a running machine. This room is included all bills such as business broad band ( never have any issue in an online meeting), electricity, virgin pure drinking water, security system and water. There is also a wall-desk with shelves that can save a lot of space for other activities such as yoga if you would like to have yoga in your room. Unfortunately, the sofa area is prohibited. And the dinning area is only for eating meals. No visitors are allowed unless an emergency or family members with my permission in advance. Since I just bought this flat in Jan 2023, all furniture is still quite new.
On the other hand, this flat is very close to London city airport within 5 minute walking distance. The DLR will take you to canning town for 7 minutes and canary wharf for 15 minutes ( transfer to jubilee line at canning town). It is also nearby university of East London, Queen Mary university of London and UCL east campus or UCL Canary Wharf MBA campus. There are also 2 bus routes 474 and 473 in the head of street within 5 minute walking. Also, you can take free bus route 129 at London city airport bus stop to Greenwich and Lewisham.
I am looking for a quiet, tidy and mature female to stay until 31st of July. Also, this place is idea for a female with age between 27 and 38. If you are interested in this room, please contact me Judy through WhatsApp. I will only reply to the file with their photo. Thank you!
