You’ll be sharing with just me. I’m a self-employed female working in music and coaching, and I really value a quiet, clean, and peaceful home. It’s a very calm environment, which is perfect for an international student who needs a quiet space to study or rest.

* Rent: £950 per month (This completely includes all bills, Council Tax, and high-speed Wi-Fi).
* The Setup: You have exclusive use of the large double bedroom and shared access to a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. There is no communal living room access, so you will have plenty of privacy and your own space.
* Duration: Flexible / academic term-time starting this September.
* Ideal Lodger: Looking for a clean, quiet, and mature female student or professional.
