【住まいを探しています】建築家・大学講師｜スタジオまたは少人数シェアフラット希望
こんにちは。Valle（バジェ）と申します。
41歳の女性、スペイン出身で、ロンドンで建築家・アーティスト・大学講師として働いています。主にケンジントンで仕事をしており、日中は外出していることが多いです。
現在、以下の条件で私と家をシェアしてくれる方を探しています。
・スタジオ
・1〜2人とシェアするフラット
・ケンジントンへのアクセスが便利なエリア
・希望入居日：8月初旬以降であればいつでも。ご相談頂ければ調整可能です
・予算：月額 £900まで
・希望入居期間：できれば最低1年間
シェアする方の性別や年齢は問いません。お互いの生活リズム、プライバシー、共有スペースを尊重しながら、清潔で穏やかな住まいをつくれることを望んでいます。
私は静かで、整理整頓を心がけており、他の方のスペースにも配慮します。会話や一緒に過ごす時間も好きですが、それぞれが一人で過ごす時間も尊重します。
趣味は、アート、建築、読書、執筆、美術館やギャラリー巡り、自然、サイクリング、スイミングなどです。
英語とスペイン語を話し、現在は日本語を勉強しています。ご希望があれば、英語やスペイン語と日本語の気軽な語学交換もできたら嬉しいです。もちろん、語学交換は必須ではありません。

Hello, my name is Valle.
I am a 41-year-old female architect, artist and university lecturer from Spain. I work mainly in Kensington and am usually out during the day.
I am looking for either:
• A small studio for myself
• A calm home shared with one or two other people
• An area with a convenient journey to Kensington
• Preferred move-in date: any time from beginning of August, but flexible
• Budget: up to £900 per month
• Preferred length of stay: ideally minimum 1 year
I am open to living with people of any gender or age. What matters most to me is creating a clean, calm and respectful home where everyone’s privacy, routines and personal space are valued.
I am tidy, considerate and careful with shared spaces. I enjoy friendly conversation and occasionally spending time together, while also respecting everyone’s independence and need for quiet.
My interests include architecture, art, nature, languages, reading, writing, museums and galleries, cycling and swimming.
I am fluent in English and Spanish and am currently learning Japanese. I would be happy to practise English or Spanish with a housemate in exchange for some informal Japanese conversation, although this is entirely optional.
