⭐️26年10月〜27年1月の入居者募集⭐️美部屋・イギリス人大家家族と同居で安心・交通至便⭐️

Piccadilly lineのTurnpike Lane駅（Zone 3）から徒歩5分のシングルルームです。ロンドンの中心から電車で30分ぐらいのところです。夜間も運行しているバスのバス停も近いので交通の便は非常にいいと思います。フィンズベリーパークとウッドグリーンの中間あたりに位置しています。

私はこの家に1年と少し住んでいるのですが、仕事の都合で家を空けなくてはならなくなったため、2026年10月3日〜2027年1月末まで住んでいただける方を探しております。
私の荷物は部屋の外に収納させてもらうため、収納スペースは十分にございます。
このお家は隔週でクリーナーさんが掃除をしてくれるので、共有部分であるキッチンやバス・トイレも大変綺麗に保たれています。

フレンドリーなイギリス人夫婦と大学院を終えたばかりの人当たりの良い息子さんと同居になります。ホームステイのような形になります。たまにホームパーティーに参加させてもらったり、作りすぎたご飯を頂けたりします。大家さんは寛容なので、日本人の常識的な範囲で行動していれば問題なく快適に過ごせます。

英語環境ではありますが（ホストマザーは綺麗なイギリス英語、ホストファザーは母国語がフランス語、息子さんは英語・フランス語ともにペラペラ）、今までも日本人を多く受け入れてきたお家なので、英語に自信がなくても優しくコミュニケーションをとってもらえると思います。

周辺にはスーパー・郵便局・銀行・図書館などあり、家から徒歩15分ほどのところに大きなショッピングモールもあります。生活するのに困ることはありません。

Wi-Fiや洗濯機・乾燥機も自由に使え、キッチン用品も揃っているので不自由なく暮らせます。

大家さんの都合上、内見は8月24日〜9月18日の間でお願いします。（内見なしをご希望の場合はご連絡ください）

Hello. I have a very light and attractive room to let in our, spacious family home. We are on a quiet residential street 3 minutes walk away from Turnpike Lane tube station on the Piccadilly line. This takes you into the centre of London very quickly. Transport is excellent. We are also 4 minutes from Hornsey British Rail and lots of buses including the 29, 141, 67 , 144 & 41. We are close to restaurants and bars of Crouch End and Green Lanes and Wood Green Shopping City. We are also close to Alexandra Park and Finsbury Park .

The room itself is at the back of the house, on the first floor, overlooking the back garden. It has stripped wooden floor with rug, double bed, wardrobe, table and chair, shelving, curtains and flat screen Television. You would share the large kitchen diner, lounge, bathroom and garden with me and my husband and our 24 year old son. We are a friendly household and speak French, Spanish and German between us as well as English.

The rent is £800 pcm inclusive of everything except food, including Wifi, and we would like £200 deposit please.

The room is available from 3rd October 2026 until the end of January 2027.
