THE Single ROOM
This is a Single bedroom which comes with a wardrobe right outside the room. It is also equipped with a bedside table and a desk.
The rent is 670 per month, included all bills. (gas & electricity, water, broadband and tv licence, council taxes) 400 deposit required.

THE FLAT
The flat is a 3 bedroom flat on the 5th floor.
It has a big kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.
Mod & cons include washing machine, microwave, oven, big fridge, broadband etc

The location is great and connections are excellent as well. Within a short distance you are able to get to the Jubilee line, as well as many buses(13, 82,113, 46.187 and 31).
Swiss cottage station is 10 mins walk and 1min bus stop

We are very clean and respectful and I am looking for a flatmate who is as clean and considerate .
Male or female are both welcome, but sorry, no couples please!

THE CONTRACT
The room is available NOW. Minimum stay is 4 months.
