【ライムハウス】💡ダブルルーム／4週間の短期　

期間：9月13日（日）午後〜10月11日（日）
家賃：週£250（4週間で£1,000）光熱費・Wi-Fi込み
デポジット：1週間分、家賃は前払い
※バスルーム、リビングルームは大家の30代男性（ゲイ）との２人でのシェアになります。

■お部屋
明るいダブルルーム。ベッド、大きなワードローブ、チェスト、デスク、椅子、エアコン付き。

■共用スペース
食洗機とエスプレッソマシン付きのキッチン、バスルーム1つ、バルコニーに面したリビング。リビングにもデスクがあり、大家が出社する日（週2〜3日）はご自由にお使いいただけます。Wi-Fiは高速で、一日中ビデオ会議をしても問題ありません。

基本英語でのやり取りとなります。

Available period: Sunday 13 September (afternoon) – Sunday 11 October
Rent: £250 per week (£1,000 for 4 weeks), including utilities and Wi-Fi
Deposit: One week’s rent (£250). Rent is payable in advance.

The bathroom and living room will be shared with the landlord, a gay man in his 30s. Only two people will be living in the flat.

The Room

A bright double room with a bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, and air conditioning.

Shared Spaces

A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and espresso machine, one bathroom, and a living room with access to the balcony.

There is also a desk in the living room, which you are welcome to use on the days when I am working from the office (2–3 days a week).

The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, so there is no problem with having video calls throughout the day.
