＊I’ve decided to extend my stay in London and it'll be from 7th Nov to 10th Dec and the dates of length are flexible.

Hi I'm looking for a short term place to stay in London and I usually come to London every 2months and stay for around 1–2 months so I’d also be interested in staying regularly as well.🙂

<< A little about me>>

I’m Japanese from Tokyo and have lived in 6 countries and travelled to 24 countries since I was young. 🙂　I work remotely in real estate management(I work 2〜3h/day) and I'm planning to settle down in London or west EU eventually. As a side job, I’m also an astrologist, so I’d be happy to read your horoscope if you’re interested! I also care about human rights topic as well.

<< What I’m looking for>>

* Ideally max 3 flatmates including me( non smoking indoor)

* A quiet property and neighborhood

* preferable flatmates do not work night

* Within 40 minutes of central London by public transport and walking

* I require a table and chair in the room

* I prefer erectronic payments, such as PayPal or Wise

* Within walking distance of a Tube, DLR, or Overground station

* You accept pro rated rent based on the number of days I stay

For safety and to avoid scams or unreliable arrangements, I would prefer to pay the rent after I arrive and see the property in person.
