I have a double room with a super king size bed, private ensuite bathroom and walk in storage up for rent. There also is a 40 inch TV available.

There is a large kitchen/diner which leads onto a large balcony that overlooks a park and is South East Facing.

Transport links:

- Buses to everywhere 3 minutes away
- Kennington tube 12-15 min walk
- Elephant & Castle tube 8-10 min walk
- Elephant and Castle Train Station (Thameslink) 8-10 min walk

Amenities:

- Tesco, Morrisons and Marks and Spencer 5 min walk away. A big Sainsburys is also by the tube station.
- Bike storage
- Parking space
- Underfloor heating
- Secure building and quiet area

Internet in the flat is the best available so around 70Mbp/s BT Fibre. Bills come to £150 on top max (maybe half as much in the summer). I also have an Xbox one!

I work in IT for a Japanese company in the city and am a laid back, easy going and considerate housemate and looking for someone similar. This isn't a party flat and just looking for a peaceful and chilled out housemate.
