We are privileged to offer to let, this beautiful double bedroom offered inclusive of all bills in the monthly rent plus once a week room cleaning and WiFi link to a broadband line. The flat, resulting from the conversion of Victorian terrace house, takes the top three floor of this magnificent property and has been interior designed by the former owner, who is an acclaimed British architect.
You will share a spacious fully equipped lounge/kitchen, a private decked terrace and the other common areas of the flat, with exception for the reception room for which the landlady retain exclusive use. The live in landlord is a female teacher of French origin and her lodger, a young male of Italian origin.
Two of the three double room are using the family bathroom so you will have almost exclusive use of downstairs clock room.
The available double room is a very spacious room with her own private shower room and comes fully furnished with a desk chair, double bed, a vanity basing and a lot of storage cabinets, chest of drawers, A TV/DVD player, desk lamps and built in wardrobe.
Bedding and towels can be provided if required.
The flat, conveniently located in the heart of Kilburn is 9 minutes’ walk from Kilburn Underground Station on Jubilee line, there are also two overground station and several bus routes which service the area.
The room is offered preferably to a single occupant who is looking for a quiet friendly household. This opportunity would not suit individual looking for a house share open to receive friends and overnight guests at any time.
