Great area, near Caledonian rd & banbury st( 5mins by walk), Caledonian rd(10mins by walk), King's cross(15mins by walk),Angel (15mins by walk), Highbury& islington(5-7 mins by walk)all tube lines & buses, shops, restaurants, pubs and etc.

The room is a double size room which is bigger than picture, and nice double bed with nice mattress, a mirrored wardrobe, desk,, a chest of drawer, and wireless internet.

The price is one person for 160pw(£693pcm), couple 175pw(£758pcm).
I will require one two weeks deposit(£320 for one/£350for couple)
There is a one bathroom and two toilets and dinning area with kitchen. but we don't have a living room. Dinning area, we use like a living room and table with sofa.

The room is available now so i am looking for flatmate who can move asap.
The location is not far from King's Cross Station, Angel St and Caledonian rd.
It take 3-5mins by bus both of station.
The nearest tube is overground station which is Caledonian rd & Bansbury station and Caledonian rd, Highbury & Islington st.
There are 91, N91, 274, 17, N17, 259 buses which connect you in just 10 minutes to central London.
