Double room with private bathroom

Hello everyone,
thank you for reading. Come to see the room and the house, you will love it! :)
We have got a beautiful DOUBLE ROOM for one person. It is in excellent condition and facing beautiful gardens and green spaces. Your good sleep or study will never be affected. You will enjoy quite a lot of sunshine too.
You will use your own private bathroom which is just outside your bedroom. There is a spacious shower box.
The house is big, there is enough space for everybody,
there is a big modern fully equipped open plan kitchen with dining area, there is a separate spacious living room with sofas and TV,
there is a separate study room area,
there is a lovely well maintained garden with a BBQ set ready to use, there is a driveway with parking space available,
there is a massive room for storage space,
there are three more rooms occupied by lovely friendly tenants :)

We want a person who is reliable, responsible, considerate, friendly, tidy and clean, calm, quiet, respectful. You will be very welcome and you will enjoy your time living in this house.

We are very sorry, but at the moment we cannot accept:
two people sharing the room (only one person)
no pets
no family or parent with kids
no smokers
no people who receive housing benefits
no party

COUNCIL TAX IS INCLUDED AND ALL THE BILLS ARE INCLUDED TOO, TV licence, free internet wi-fi. This is really convenient for you and you will understand that it is a fantastic place where to live.

Preferably long term stay: for example 6 months. Shorter terms may be considered but we will discuss each case separately.

Location: very safe, residential, quiet street, 12min walk to Southgate tube station (Piccadily line) with direct connection to central London (King's Cross, Russel Square, Holborn, Piccadilly Circus).
Good tip: You can catch the Victoria line in Finsbury Park, just a few steps away to the opposite platform ;-)
