Lovely house looking for roommate

This is a 4 bedroom house and we are looking for the last flatmate!

We are renting the house as a whole directly from the landlord, therefore no further agency gees.

[ Double occupancy will plus £150 on the above price, i.e. £885

The bills including electricity, water, gas, and broadband ~ £40pm
Council tax ~ £25-30pm

We are planning to sign a 3 months contract with the landlord, the contract could be longer but the minimum length is 3 months.

The house is well furnished, kitchen and living room on the ground floor, and there are two rooms each on the first and second floor. Our house is equipped with fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, ironing board, iron, some kitchenware, dishes, and cutlery. One bathroom on the second floor and one toilet on the ground floor. The rooms are furnished with basic furniture including a double bed, a desk, a lamp, a clothes rail and storage unit.

It’s 3 minutes walk to Crossharbour DLR station, and 15mins walk to Canary Wharf tube station (Jubilee line and DLR line in zone 2). There are 3 supermarkets near here, which is ASDA, TESCO, and NISA, it only takes within 5 minutes to arrive there by foot and you can buy everything you need. As we are already living in the house, it’s slightly flexible about the exact move-in date and if necessary you can have your luggage delivered earlier.
