BEAUTIFUL Modern Double Room
Hello!
We have a lovely modern double room available in our fantastic flat in Camberwell and only 10 min by bus from Elephant & Castle. The room has been recently refurbished to a high standard. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, spacious wardrobe, chest of drawers and study desk area. We provide all the bedding (pillows, duvet, duvet cover, fitted sheet).
Our kitchen is beautiful and comes fully equipped, including microwave, two brand new fridge/freezers, toaster, kettle, washing machine, etc.
The flat has two modern bathrooms, both with great high pressure showers and toilets. Everything is kept very clean and tidy, as our cleaner visits once a week to clean all the communal areas.
The house would ideally suit young professionals and international students, here to further improve their education and/or work experience. We are looking for a person who would appreciate living in well decorated, tidy and clean surroundings.
We are just a short ten-minute bus ride from Elephant & Castle (via bus nr:363). The bus stop is located just two minutes from our front door.
The flat is right next to Burgess Park - which is possibly one of the best green spaces in South London, after having been completely redeveloped back in 2013.
Rent includes all utility bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax) and wireless broadband internet and cleaner once a week.
We only ask for two week’s deposit and a two weeks’ notice when you decide to move out.

Just outside the park you would have at least seven choices of buses going into Central London via Elephant Castle tube station (Zone 1) and London Bridge.
