We are looking for flatmates for our rooms in a house.

There are 3 rooms available so you can get 2 rooms or 3 rooms which means you can live with your sister or brother or mother or friends together without all the hassle like a long term contract.

You can just rent a room individually so please contact us for viewing.

3 month minimum stay but if you live more than 6 months , you can get a huge discount.

All three rooms are different sized.

1. A very small single room - 1st floor

380 pounds / month

2. Very spacious room - 1st floor

700pounds / month for a single person

750pounds / month for a couple

3. Loft conversion single room - 2nd floor

525pounds / month

There is a bathroom on every floor and 1 kitchen on ground floor and a very small kind of kitchen on 2nd floor.

All bills are included and we are friendly, nice and clean so if you are tidy and respect other people like your family, you will be welcome.

A cleaner will clean the communal areas such as bathrooms, kitchen, stairs and etc. once a week so you don't need to worry about filthy bathrooms.
