There are two rooms.
You and your friends can live with. A couple is also possible.

The rent includes the council tax, although the billing is different a month, I think that it is about £40 per month if two people can use it normally. It depends on the frequency of use.
Please contact us for a period of 3 months from short term to long term.

Although it is an art studio, it does not need to be an artist.
Suitable for art students and designers even for the office

There are around bus stops, convenience stores, supermarkets and walking distance.

It is a perfect environment for people who want to try living like that's East London.

There are shower, toilet, wash basin, large fridge, freezer, panini maker, sandwich maker, kettle, electric 2-way stove.
It's not problem with simple cooking.
