夏休みの7，8月に借りてくださる方を探しています。
ベッドはダブルで床は板張り。机やタンス、本棚、Wifi完備。広くて明るい部屋です。バスは徒歩3分以内にたくさん通っています（下記参照）。ス－パーマーケットもいくつかあり、近くにはLittel Veniceやなどあり、散歩にも適しています。広いキッチンとバスルームは他3人とシェアです。皆大学生ですが、静かに暮らしています。ノンスモーカー希望。Edeware road駅は徒歩10分、Marylebone駅は徒歩14分程です。日本語、英語、どちらでも構いません。ご連絡ください。

I have a lovely double room to rent, located in Marylebone (zone 1), strategically close to Oxford Street, Baker Street, Paddington, Regent Street. Local supermarkets and shops within walking distance.
Also close to Little Venice, Regents Park and Abbey Road.

-189 and 139 buses towards Baker street station, Oxford Circus, Piccadilly Circus

-18 towards Regent’s Park, Euston
-EDGWARE ROAD STATION (Circle, District, Hammersmith and City, Bakerloo lines).

The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and bookcase.
You will have access to common areas of the flat, spacious kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay between 2 months (July and August), but 1 month is also possible.

The flat is provided with all necessary equipment.
