Single room in a clean home!

My mother and I are looking for a female tenant for our spare single room. We are very clean and tidy and want to find someone who would treat our home like home.

The room is fully furnished - there is a bed, bedding (if needed), wardrobe, drawers, desk, chair, shelves.
all bills are included as well. The kitchen and bathroom would be shared. In the kitchen there is a fridge, storage space, stove with oven, microwave, rice cooker, washing machine and we also have a balcony. We also have wi-fi which you can use freely.

We are located very close to Shepherd\'s Bush Market station as well as bus stops. Bus service is very good and fast. Close to supermarkets as well as Westfield Shopping Centre. On the main road so safe in the evenings/nights.
