Single room in South London for short term

I'm stepping away in May to go to Japan for two months, looking for a new person to replace me for the time being.

Ideally looking for someone who can stay for the whole duration of May 15th-July12th, for £600/month, all utility bill's included.

Need to take a bus for about 10min to get there to the nearest tube station, Elephant&Castle for Northern line or Bakerloo line. Or take the bus to New Cross Gate station for Overground.

There are six room total in the flat, comes with two toilets with shower and one kitchen to share. The room's fully furnished with a double size bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and drawers.
