お部屋はトップフロアで、とても広く、開放感があり、少し変わった間取りとなっています。大きな窓があるため、昼間はとても明るいです。ダブルベッド（寝具など込み）、ワードローブ、チェスト、大きな机、デザイナーズの椅子、ソファ2客、ミニテーブル、ランプ等のほかに、空間に合う素敵なインテリア雑貨が備え付けられています。ドライヤー、タオル等、生活に必要なものもありますので、これからロンドンで生活を始める方、荷物が多い方、クリエイティブな環境に身を置きたい方、落ち着ける場所がほしい方に特におすすめです。

アート業界で働く、とても親切で綺麗好きなイギリス人女性1名とのみのシェアです。バスタブ付きのお風呂と、独立したトイレ、食事スペースもあるキッチンと、ハンモック付きのかわいらしいガーデンもあります。

電気代、ネット代金、カウンシル・タックスに加え、トイレットペッパー、洗剤といった消耗品、週2回のクリーナー代もすべて家賃に含まれています。

The flat is around 10 minutes walk from Kilburn station with excellent connection to central London. Many buses are running just around the corner, so it’s very convenient and safe location.

The room on offer is a bigger than usual double bedroom and it comes furnished. It’s very spacious and has creative atmosphere. It has a double bed, a desk with two chairs, a small table, a built-in bookshelf, sofas, a wardrobe and a chest, and big window.

The flat has a comfortable living room, a nice kitchen with eat-in, a separate bathroom and a toilet and a lovely garden. The flat includes all bills. You would only share with a lady who works at an art industry. She is a kind, easy-going and tidy person.
