I have a room available in a 3 bedroom flat share in Bow in a building that has been recently re-furbished.
I'm work as a screen printer and musician and like-minded people would be welcome and have been happy here in the past, although of course a creative background isn't a necessity :)
There is broadband, central heating, a modern bathroom and kitchen with washing machine and fridge and cooker and a sizeable living room and a balcony with amazing views over London.
All bills and utilities and council tax are included.
It's just a 5 min walk to Bow Church DLR and 10 mins to Bow Road Tube Zone 2, also with plenty of buses that go to and from Central London.
There is a large supermarket 10 mins walk away and a smaller local one about 5 mins away.
Roman Road Market and Victoria Park are both walking distance.
It's £550 per month plus £550 as a deposit. and is available now.
