Double room, all bills inc, columbia flower market

Looking for somebody taking over this lovely room in Shoreditch, right next to the Columbia Flower Market, from 1st of June onwards.

The flat has two floors and consists of 4 rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a table, bathroom and a toilet. This room is on the second floor, hence very quiet. It has roughly 14m² and comes fully furnished: double bed, desk, rack, two wardrobes, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, lamps, mirror (...). The large window faces to the yard, so there's no street noise and it's quite green.

Currently, 4 people live in this flat. All of them are in their mid-twenties to early thirties and working. It's a friendly, respectful and clean bunch from all over the world who has been living together in this flat for roughly a year now. Our nationalities are, Greek, Korean, Polish and Belgium, one of us is fluent in Japanese so don't be shy.

The location of the flat is special: It's in the heart of Shoreditch, right next to the Columbia Flower Market. You will be living in the middle of a vibrant part of the city with anything you could imagine in walking distance, while the flat itself is quiet and located in a green yard. Also, various buses and underground lines are only a short walk away:

3 min to Hoxton Overground

10 min to Old Street Station

12 min to Liverpool Street

Plenty of buses in 2-5 min walk

The landlord is a great, uncomplicated guy and fast to fix things when something is broken.
